3. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to the seagle.io website and associated services provided by Seagle S.A.S. By browsing the site, you agree to these terms without reservation. Seagle reserves the right to modify them at any time; changes take effect upon publication.

The site is available 24/7 except in cases of force majeure, planned maintenance, or technical interruptions. Seagle will notify users of any foreseeable maintenance and restore access as quickly as possible in the event of an incident. Seagle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the site at any time, particularly in the event of use contrary to these Terms.
